Once you have scheduled your delivery date, you can visit Order Status to stay updated with real-time tracking the day of delivery- including schedule, driver location, and ETA.
We offer Next-Day Delivery for any in-stock items priced $499 & above, placed before 1 PM (Sunday through Friday).
Next-Day Delivery is subject to customer availability during the provided delivery window. Failure to be present at time of delivery may result in additional fees.

Certain zip codes outside our standard delivery areas may incur additional delivery fees, requiring a custom quote from our Sales Team.
Special Order items are products that we do not have inventory on-hand and requires shipment from the manufacturer. Once your item is at our Warehouse, we’ll notify you to schedule delivery or pick-up.
We may charge a redelivery fee of $64.95 if a return visit to your home is required for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where no one is present during the scheduled delivery or where installation cannot be completed due to issues such as faulty or non-compliant plumbing or electrical conditions.

Upon purchase, our staff will contact you to confirm your order and schedule a convenient time for you to pick up your appliance directly from our Warehouse. Visit our Customer Pickup page for more details.
Customers are required to take delivery of all items within 14 days of placing an order for in-stock items or within 30 days of the arrival of “Special Order” items at our Warehouse.
Orders not delivered within this period may be subject to order cancelation with a refund.
