Required Delivery Schedule Confirmation

We’re dedicated to making your delivery fast and hassle-free. To ensure a smooth experience, please ensure someone is available at home on the scheduled delivery day to receive your appliance. Failure to be present may result in additional fees.

To keep you fully informed and to ensure your availability, we’ll send timely notifications as your scheduled delivery date approaches:

  • 2-Days Before Delivery: You’ll receive a request via phone, email, and text to confirm your availability for the scheduled delivery date.
  • 1-Day Before Delivery: We’ll provide you with a 4-hour delivery window and require confirmation of your availability for that specific timeframe.

Track Your Delivery

Once you have scheduled your delivery date, you can visit  Order Status  to stay updated with real-time tracking the day of delivery- including schedule, driver location, and ETA.

Next-Day Delivery

We offer Next-Day Delivery for any in-stock items priced $499 & above, placed before 1 PM (Sunday through Friday).

Next-Day Delivery is subject to customer availability during the provided delivery window. Failure to be present at time of delivery may result in additional fees.

Orders requiring installation are NOT eligible for Next-Day Delivery and require future scheduling. Visit our  Appliance Installation  page for more details.

Shipping Availability

We are the largest appliance dealer in Northern California. Delivery cost and availability can be checked on our website or through our Customer Service:  (866) 304-4449 

Certain zip codes outside our standard delivery areas may incur additional delivery fees, requiring a custom quote from our Sales Team.

“Special Order” Products

Special Order items are products that we do not have inventory on-hand and requires shipment from the manufacturer. Once your item is at our Warehouse, we’ll notify you to schedule delivery or pick-up.

Additional Fees

Redelivery Fees

We may charge a redelivery fee of $64.95 if a return visit to your home is required for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where no one is present during the scheduled delivery or where installation cannot be completed due to issues such as faulty or non-compliant plumbing or electrical conditions.

Installation Fees

Installation is NOT included with regular delivery and requires additional charges. Visit our Appliance Installation page for more details.

Warehouse Pickup

Upon purchase, our staff will contact you to confirm your order and schedule a convenient time for you to pick up your appliance directly from our Warehouse. Visit our Customer Pickup  page for more details.

Disclaimer

Customers are required to take delivery of all items within 14 days of placing an order for in-stock items or within 30 days of the arrival of “Special Order” items at our Warehouse.

Orders not delivered within this period may be subject to order cancelation with a refund.
